Using RatingE
By using RatingE, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly for review management, feedback routing, reputation reporting and website proof workflows.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, user access, customer contact permissions and activity performed under your account.
- Do not upload contact lists without permission
- Do not request fake or misleading reviews
- Do not abuse review platforms or messaging channels
Packages and payment status
RatingE packages are currently positioned through contact/demo and written confirmation. Online payment activation remains paused until approved recovery steps are completed.
Customer content
You keep ownership of your business and customer content, while granting RatingE the permissions needed to process, display and support the review workflows you enable.
Service limitations
RatingE can help improve review operations, but it does not promise review removal, platform ranking, a specific star rating, or a fixed number of public reviews.
