Using RatingE
By using RatingE, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly for review management, feedback routing, reputation reporting and website proof workflows.
US legal compliance
If you use RatingE for a USA-based business, you are responsible for complying with applicable federal and state laws, including review and endorsement rules, privacy requirements, consumer protection rules, CAN-SPAM email requirements, TCPA consent rules for calls/texts and platform policies that apply to Google, Trustpilot, WhatsApp, email or other channels.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, user access, customer contact permissions and activity performed under your account.
- Do not upload contact lists without permission
- Do not request fake or misleading reviews
- Do not abuse review platforms or messaging channels
Review integrity
RatingE may not be used to create fake reviews, buy reviews, condition rewards on positive or negative sentiment, hide negative feedback from public review options, misrepresent insider reviews, suppress honest criticism or display fabricated proof.
- No review gating based on rating or sentiment
- No fake reviews, fake counts or fake testimonials
- No undisclosed incentives, employee reviews or conflict-of-interest endorsements
Messaging consent
Before using RatingE data for email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar outreach, you must have the required permission from each recipient and must honor opt-outs. RatingE beta workflows are approval-first and do not authorize spam, cold list blasting or unlawful automated sending.
Acceptable use
Do not use RatingE for deceptive advertising, harassment, unlawful data collection, scraping, resale of contact data, security abuse, platform manipulation, review extortion or any activity that could damage customers, reviewers, platforms or RatingE.
Packages and payment status
RatingE packages are currently positioned through contact/demo and written confirmation. Online payment activation remains paused until approved recovery steps are completed.
Customer content
You keep ownership of your business and customer content, while granting RatingE the permissions needed to process, display and support the review workflows you enable.
Service limitations
RatingE can help improve review operations, but it does not promise review removal, platform ranking, a specific star rating, or a fixed number of public reviews.
No legal advice
RatingE provides software, templates, workflows and operational support. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship or replace review by a qualified US attorney for your business, state, industry and messaging practices.
